There's no secret I love Indiana Jones. I love anything with Harrison Ford in it(just not Calista Flockhart). I am excited about the new film though I pretend to be disinterested. I need to see it on opening day. 

Since I'm a collector--people, action figures, lint--I am thrilled they are doing that Burger King promotion thing. Indy kid's meals toys. When I first started actively posting on eljay the Star Wars promotion was going on at BK. I ate kid's meals at lunch exclusively for weeks to score a Millennium Falcon. What did I learn? There's nothing I wouldn't do to get that damn ship in my hands. Months later I also bought the Transformers Millennium Falcon which I love love love.

My problem? I hate the food. It's crap made to look like edible sustenance. If only I had somebody who would eat the food and let me have the toys . . .

My action figure collection is epic though I shield it from the world. It is housed in my storage space. Putting it on display would eliminate clothes and bed.  

Edit: I've posted my POC Guy entry on avocetave. Thinking about un-flocking it for those who do want to read it. Some people would get a kick out of it (ie. Guy who secretly likes to read my posts).

I'm gonna join the real world and start downloading BSG from iTunes every Sunday. I just need to get a newer version of it though, this one that came with Wallace is out of date. Of course, after taking stock of my LoTR figures, I had to play with them (the ones out of the box). And then I had to commence my LoTR viewing marathon. I use to watch the movies a lot when I first got them.

There was a 'Narnia' special on today. I'm a little wary about seeing it. I saw the BBC version a ways ago and read The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe when I was in grade school. I must read the entire 'Chronicles' sometime. I plan on getting the movie when it hits DVD. I've had my fun with the theaters. Not into going back (and no, I'm not afraid of going by myself as usual). Needing to focus on writing and putting more than 60% into school. I know I'm incredibly lazy and it's cos I can be and no one is there to call me on it. I should be caling myself on it though. I do. Just not forcefully enough.

Cannot.concentrate.damn.mouse. There's a mouse somewhere in here that is moving shit around and making me paranoid. I have no problem with mice so long as they don't jump out of things and run across my path. I had a terrible experience with one a while back. It popped out of my school bag that hung on a chair in my room. Left a snack in there unsecured. The thing jumped at me and scurried under the heater. I can't wait to get out of here. Can't bear having a roommate(she cooked curry and you know my olfactory system goes haywire over things; I wanted to die) and I can't stand living in the most desolate place in Brooklyn. I need space, quiet and positivity. Just one semester, Lakie.

*EDIT* I'm thinking of quitting a lot of my Firefly-esque communities. I'm growing tired of Serenity. Still loving the FF though. Gonna sleep on it. *EDIT2x* So, I can't do it. I looked at the list and I can't cut anyone. I did last week . . . there is one (or two) people I want to drop due their fannish annoyance and clear cut elitist attitudes but I can't. Grounds me the way they flail on. Pishposh, they don't read me so it's unlikely they'll be offended. I mean, sometimes, you gotta. You just gotta. Goes back to those teenybopper days. Those people annoyed me to no end. When do they visit the real world?

Tam has promised me second middle-naming privileges so I've chosen Rohan. It's unique enough not encounter it that very often and not threateningly unique that it can be made fun of very easily. Yes, it is from The Lord of the Rings Trilogy. I'm pronouncing it Ro-in as in Rowan Atkinson of The Lion King fame. Now, I can't stop thinking about the baby and what she or he is going to look like, what kind of personality and whether or not Asstard will be around. I've taken notice of biracial people more than ever now, with the question: "will [she/he] look like that?" Gawds, spare me the obsession. I'm in the middle of trying to get her to try cloth diapers (I think she has an aversion to it).

Anywhoo, I thought I'd be creative and join an icon group. It'snotshoppedicons.  There I get to show off my minimal skills with PhotoStudio 2000. I'm a bit uneasy about Photoshop, and it's not just the price. I love the simple things sometimes.

Gah, yesterday I realized it's really over. Toysrus in Times Square no longer can supply my LoTR action figures. I must go on. I think have about eighty percent of the action figures that have been released. I shall compile a list soon.
